Vendor Space & Setup

• Cost: There is no fee to participate as a vendor.
• Amenities: Each space includes one draped 6-foot table, two chairs, Wi-Fi, and optional access to electricity. Materials may not be attached to facility walls.
• Schedule: Business sessions run Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Setup details will be emailed; breakdown begins at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24.
• Meals: Not included. Vendors may register as guests for an additional fee to attend convention meals.
