The diocese-northwest-texas participates in pension plans administered through the Church Pension Group (CPG) for eligible clergy and lay employees. Pension benefits are an important part of long-term compensation and retirement planning, and congregations are responsible for ensuring that eligible employees are properly enrolled.

Eligibility

• All clergy and lay employees who work 1,000 hours or more per year are eligible for participation in the pension plan.
